The company offers its customers projects of inexpensive drying chambers with a source of thermal energy – woodworking waste. These cameras can be built on their own from local materials and equipped with the necessary equipment. Replacing an aerodynamic drying chamber electric motor with a mobile heat station operating on woodworking waste reduces electricity costs by 10.2 times. In this case, the volume of the dried lumber and the drying quality are not reduced, and the final humidity is 6-8%.
The new development of the company is a heat -air module for convective drying of lumber at a temperature of a medium below 100 ° C, which is installed inside any chamber. The module set includes a heat station operating on woodworking waste, a fan unit with an engine and automatic control cabinet. The fan supplies hot air through the pipes of the heat exchanger and allows you to create the correct aerodynamics of the drying process. A cabinet of automatic control of the drying process with a psychrometer and pitching allows you to display all indicators on the display, maintain the set temperature and humidity. The total volume of driven air is up to 150 thousand. m³/h. The company also produces separate components and mechanisms for drying chambers: insulated hermeted door block, dummatic trolleys and rail tracks to them, fan blocks with a reversal system, an automatic cabinet for driving a drying process, a lifting mechanism with a beam for the gates to chambers with frontal loading of lumber.
Mobile thermal stations with air and water heaters – a universal heat source created specifically for Russian conditions. They can be installed outside or indoors, while the construction of the boiler room is not required. An automatic control system for the heat station and the fuel supply mechanism is provided. The scope of the use of heat installations is not limited to drying lumber, they are widely used to heating premises for various purposes.
