As for rising prices for suburban real estate, then an ambiguous situation is developing. In the metropolitan region there is an increase in buildings, but at the same time the prices are quite stable, which is explained by the development of individual projects and a fairly strong competition in the market of design and architectural companies.
If you take typical cottage buildings from construction companies, that is, a certain increase in prices, but it does not exceed one percent per year. This indicates strong competition in similar buildings, from foreign developers, the significantly lower cost of cottages from the same Finnish companies, explains a low increase in prices for suburban real estate.
