Every year my family and I go to the country. After all, what bliss to take a break from the everyday fuss and enjoy clean air. Our small house is located far outside the city. We need to drive a fairly large distance to get to the summer house. We eat by bus, and always take a minimum of things with us, since you need to go to the house on foot. And then, finally, having reached its destination, we decided not to relax, but immediately start cleaning. Children ran around the house, played different games, and our relatives began to put the house in order. Suddenly we heard something fell and crashed. At first we thought it was a vase crashed, or a cup fell. Running into place, we saw a broken door glass. I want to say that the house is ancient, and all the things in it are a kind of antiques, since earlier these rooms were given to famous people. We, in turn, sometimes allow us to live in the house of our relatives, and also rent it out, since we are not often in these places. There was a lot of noise around this place, but now it seems like it was drunk. But the fact remained – the glass was broken, and it was necessary to insert the glass into the interior door. What to do, because there was not a single store in proximity, and go far to the neighbors. Rummaged in the barn, we found the necessary tools, but with the glass it was more complicated. The door repair was postponed indefinitely, and during the rest we tried not to remember the trouble. Vacation was approaching to an end, but what to do – we never decided. After consulting, the family came to the conclusion that one of us will go to the city and bring glass. By general voting, we chose our matchmaker, and he, creaking with his heart, went in search of the same glass. I even wrapped him a fragment to make it easier to find such glass. Oddly enough, the relative found the option that we hoped for, but how to install glass on the door, ashamed to admit, we did not know. Do not call the master to the country in such a hinterland. This luxury would cost us too much. The next morning, my family and I went to the neighboring village, where one master offered to help us. We gladly brought him home and began to watch him to do his job. For a long time tormented by our door, he admitted that he did not have enough tools and was about to follow them, as for some reason we refused his services. He was suspicious, and he asked for a lot of money for his work.
In the city we had a friend who is engaged in repair. We asked him to drive to the country and help us cope with this task. As a result, the comrade came with his family, and they rested with us. Glass, of course, he had to fix it, but our vacation was finally spoiled. Firstly, there were not enough beds for everyone. Some of us had to sleep on the floor. Secondly, with this acquaintance we did not communicate too well, and tension reigned in the air. One thing is pleasing that we still inserted glass, and in the house everything returned to its place. Why are I telling all this, you ask you? I want to give you advice that there should always be at least some tools in the country. Just buy a set and leave it in the house. It can come in handy at any time, and so that you do not spoil your vacation like us, I recommend that you use how it should be done. If your cottage is in a deserted place, make sure that there is enough for all products. Especially if you move by car – it will be easier for you to do it. Back we rode by the car of our Master’s friend, and rejoiced that the situation was allowed in such a profitable way. Now we no longer hope for good luck, and we always take spare products and the necessary tools with us.
