At construction sites, it is often necessary to apply construction solutions at certain distances. Moreover, the feed can be made not only horizontally, but also vertically. For such operations, a special construction equipment is required, which can organize a horizontal solution of up to 200 meters and vertically up to 80 meters. The supply is necessary not only in open construction sites, but also in covered workshops.
All equipment that allows the supply of construction mixtures is divided into three groups: screw appliances or heroor equipment with a pump; diaphragm-plunger technique with a pump; Pneumatic supercharger.
All three groups of the listed equipment can have different overall dimensions and, accordingly, may differ in power and speed of supply of solutions. In most cases, even small equipment for the supply of construction solutions can provide a large speed of speed to the required distance.
Let us consider in more detail the group of techniques for supplying solutions at distances:
1. Sanding appliances in design consists of a supply screw and a screw pair, when the screw rotates, the solution begins to be supplied along the rubber clip. This design allows you to easily move modern solutions from plaster or foam concrete. If you do not require large volumes from screw appliances, then all solutions are served very carefully. The screw pumping equipment is not very expensive, and the most functional, so this type of equipment is actively used today at many construction sites in European countries.
2. The diaphragm-plunger technique is mainly necessary for the supply of plaster solutions. This type of technique is great for the supply of solutions on a vertical plane. But this type of equipment can supply solutions only up to 40 meters in height, so this equipment is extremely rare, especially in developed countries. Since severe pressure forms inside the equipment, many construction solutions begin to spin, which is poorly affected by the product at the exit.
3. Pneumatic superchargers are very functional, they can deliver various building mixtures, not only plaster, but also concrete, and the solution can have large aggregate grains. This type of equipment can be used on the construction site, as the main element that delivers various solutions to a certain height.
