PVC stretch ceilings are ideal for installing absolutely any surfaces. Such stretch ceilings are very popular among consumers, since in texture and shades there are more than a hundred options. The only thing that can be considered a disadvantage is a barely noticeable seam.
The installation of stretch ceiling structures is performed by a hot or cold method. Such ceilings from a special PVC film are made. Such ceilings have a lot of virtues. These ceilings tolerate a load of up to 100 kg/sq. m, they can be washed, they do not respond to various condensates and are many times cheaper. Stretch ceilings from a heat -resistant film can remain in good condition for about 10 years.

– classic method “from wall to wall”. It is easy to install, and it is inexpensive; – the ceiling gradually passes to the wall;

How is the installation of a stretch ceiling? The film canvas is attached to the ceiling using a baguette. First of all, measure the room and cut the baguette. In the same way it is necessary to cut soundproofing slabs. Then, these plates, using nails-dowels, are attached to the ceiling. Outline the boundaries of the stretch ceiling and fix. The distance from the stove should be 15cm. Baget, using special glue, is fixed. Then, every 10 cm, it is necessary to drill holes. At the junctions of the baguette and the angles of the distance between the holes should be 3cm. Support the screws for strength into the holes. Now, from the center of the room, start the ceiling tension. Fix the canvas in the baguette with a thin spatula. Leave the edge of the canvas behind the baguette. The canvas behind the edges is evenly pulled to the corners. Make sure that there are no wrinkles on the canvas. Now, take a hot hair dryer and warm. Using a knife, cut the edges of the canvas along the baguette line.
The last stage. Wipe the ceiling with soft detergent and cloth. Where there should be a chandelier, cut a hole and prick the wires. Install the lamp and the ceiling is ready.
