Many developers who do not have extensive experience can not immediately realize the differences that exist between aerated concrete, gas -silicate and foam concrete. All these building materials belong to the class of cellular concrete. They have a porous structure, that is, there are uniform cells with air content up to 70%inside, reducing concrete density.
Cellular concrete is divided into aerated concrete and foam concrete, depending on the technology used for their manufacture. The foam concrete mass, which is a mixture of cement and sand, freezes under natural conditions. Thanks to this, the production of building material does not cause great difficulties, and in our country the sale of foam blocks of different manufacturers. To harden aerated concrete, a high temperature is required.
Initially, aerated concrete is an artificial stone that undergoes processing in an autoclave. When heated, quartz sand, calcium and aluminum oxides enter into a chemical reaction leading to the formation of persistent compounds. Gas mosquitage is a compound of lime and quartz sand that has undergone thermal treatment in autoclave. Currently, in Russia there are no enterprises producing a gas mushroom, and material with this name is most often autoclave aerated concrete or gas stuncture concrete concrete.
In fact, the developer needs to have information about whether cellular concrete has passed the processing in the autoclave, since the scope of its application depends on this. By the way, all representatives of the family of cellular concrete are characterized by high thermal insulation properties due to the presence of air pores. The use of these materials will allow the developer to minimize temperature changes in the building and reduce energy consumption to create a comfortable temperature regime during operation. Thanks to such technical characteristics, environmentally friendly cellular concrete becomes competitors of wood and bricks, which are traditionally used in construction .
Currently, in Russia, low -rise construction is gaining pace in the framework of the federal program “Available Housing”. President of the Russian Federation d. A. Medvedev was given a recommendation to develop a system for supporting this area of construction. The implementation of low -rise buildings in the regions helps the implementation of federal programs aimed at providing housing to needing categories of citizens and resettleing the dilapidated and emergency housing stock.
In these programs, the limit of funds allocated for the construction and the area of new housing are strictly regulated. There are also requirements for the used building materials. For example, it is impossible to resettle people in wooden houses from the secondary fund, but in some cases it is possible to relocate to new wooden houses. Unfortunately, funds allocated by the federal budget will not be enough to build a new house made of wood or brick, unless the citizens who need resettlement will not be able to make an additional payment.
The method of overcoming such difficulties is the use of building materials such as autoclave cellular concrete. Its advantages include energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, insignificant thermal conductivity, low cost. Low -rise buildings from aerated concrete are an example of high -quality, comfortable and affordable housing, necessary not only in need, but also other categories of citizens of our country.
In some regions, the construction of low number of storeies at acceptable prices in territories that had not previously used special popularity, for example, in the suburbs, is already being carried out. The relatively low cost of aerated concrete used to build houses, laying engineering communications, the creation of social infrastructure can significantly increase the regional housing stock.
Unfortunately, not everyone has an idea of the advantages of cellular concrete, which is why these building materials are not widely used in our country. But in Western Europe, cellular concrete has already won a reputation for affordable and high -quality building material. By the way, German technologies are used for the construction of buildings, which today began to be introduced in Russia. In some regions of our country, the construction of enterprises for the production of cellular concrete is already underway. Undoubtedly, in Russia, these material will have a brilliant future.
