How much money will it take to furnish a bedroom?

To furnish a bedroom, you will need at least £205.37. The essentials include a double bed with mattress and bedding, a bedside table, a wardrobe and curtains.

The cheapest double bed is available at B&Q; the metal frame and foam mattress need to be bought separately. If you buy the frame and mattress in separate stores, you can save 99 cents (excluding delivery). A double set of bed linen (100% polyester) will cost you £10 at Dunelm. One bedside table will cost you £12. The cheapest wardrobe is an open one, 1.2 meters high, at £49.99. Almost every store has inexpensive curtains.

For example, short curtains from The Range can be purchased for just £3.89. Of course, such curtains will not protect from the sun and, perhaps, will not survive the first serious washing, but for the first time they can become irreplaceable.

If you buy everything you need for the bedroom in one store, the cheapest place to do it is B&Q. Of course, the quality of individual products can be disappointing, but the overall price of interior items helps to navigate the pricing policy of stores. The most expensive company for purchasing furniture for the bedroom was John Lewis. In second place is the Dunelm store, in third place is The Range, followed by Argos, Wayfair and IKEA.
