Among private entrepreneurs, the definition of “self -regulatory organizations” or “SRO” began to appear more and more often. This term denotes a generalized concept of all non -profit enterprises with a similar area of activity that have united in order to independently conduct and regulate their own business. Such a provision fully meets the principles of federal law, in which there is an appropriate clause on self -regulatory organizations, which indicates how they should act.
To begin with, each such association should be officially registered so that its work has every reason for its active activity. To provide such powers to all participants in the SRO, it is necessary to provide copies of documents certifying their identity, t. e. passports, as well as copies of documentation confirming their involvement in entrepreneurial activity. Mandatory is the address where their community will be based. Based on all these data, a self -regulatory organization may be decorated. The procedure for preparing and implementing the creation of SRO has some difficulties, the solution of which is best provided to qualified and experienced specialists.
Registration of organizations in Orel and other cities of the Russian Federation adheres to such basic principles as:
– Preparation of all documentation in order to be provided to the placement points- the entry in the register of the creation of the association and the issuance of a certification certificate- the implementation of the registration in the administrations or departments of the Ministry of Justice in the region where a self-regulatory group was formed.
As a rule, all legal offices or agencies are engaged in the design of any type of SRO: from construction or assessment communities to arbitration groups or energy audit organizations. They are engaged not only in confirmation of the formation of such unions, but also carry out the procedure for the liquidation, if it is required by its participants.
