However, no less than managers are ready to name the whole list of their subordinates, who cause irritation, disappointment and did not bring any benefit to the company.
So, what exactly are the qualities of the leaders more often than the rest call the most “terrible”, interfering with work and causing acute hostility? This list includes:

As you can see, the leaders consider the lack of initiative the most terrible drawback of their subordinates, arguing that if an employee is trying to get a detailed consultation on each issue and is only able to fulfill the chief direct instructions, even trying to offer something of his own, it is not just annoying, but distracts the leadership from the performance of its direct duties.
This paragraph includes the lack of ideas, because the new way of organizing the working process can bring the company’s profit, and this is the main goal of each responsible boss.
Slowness, which is the inability to quickly perform the resulting task also becomes a big obstacle to the normal organization of work. And if all the other employees managed to prepare monthly reports, then it was on the head of a delayed employee that all “thunder and lightning” will fall.
In general, you can’t argue with any of the above points – yes, all these qualities of a subordinate cannot really be called outstanding and useful. But it is quite difficult to deal with this – the threat of dismissal is valid only for the first time, then the employee can place the announcement “I am looking for a job in Kyiv” himself and calmly look at the anger of the chief.
Or on the contrary, fearing to lose work, a person can start nervous and allow even more misses, be afraid to show independence, and so on. So for starters, it is worthwhile to tell the employee in detail and calmly, what exactly caused the head of the leader and give a chance to rectify the situation.
