The first two models included a two -point hilt in the working equipment of the straight shovel, in the other two – a single -point handle of square transverse section. Handle transfer – rack. The pressure mechanism on all models is combined, with a chain transmission of independent movement from the drum to an pressure shaft. The arrow of working equipment of the reverse shovel was curved by the heel and head. The front wall – increased height, is associated with the main biparts through telescopic emphasis. Working equipment was supplied with a locking device that fixes the position of the handle relative to the arrow and ensure the safety of operation when the bucket is changed.
Voils of reverse shovels had a device on the bottom, allowing you to hang a cable loop to lay pipes to them. On models KL-210, KL-230 and K. L-250 ensured the possibility of holding cargo weighing, respectively 2.4; 3.8 and 6.7 g at a departure of 6 m.
Excavators of the KL-230 and KL-250 models could be supplied with the working equipment of the reverse shovel with a rotary bucket. The bucket rotation was carried out by the hydraulic cylinder installed on top of the handle. To block the arrow, a hydraulic cylinder served, the case of which is fixed on the front rack, and the stem – at the heel of the arrow.
The excavator of the KL-250 model had another modification of the working equipment of the return shovel with a swivel and telescopic handle. Such a handle is currently actively used when renting a telescopic loader for various excavation work. The cylinder of extending the handle was located inside it. The telescopic handle made it possible to increase the depth of digging and significantly facilitate the work of the driver during unloading.
At the request of the consumer, the cabin of the driver could be raised up to a significant height, which increased the visibility.
On the basis of excavators of the KL-230 and KL-250 models, the company manufactured straight shovels for tunnel work. Compared to standard working equipment, tunnel working equipment of a straight shovel had a shortened arrow and handle.
A special excavator for tunnel work KL-260 has a working equipment of the original structure. A short, strong arrow installed on the eyes of the rotary platform, was attached with rigid rods to the superstructure. At the junction of the rods and arrows, there was a somewhat elongated saddle bearing, which carries a bracket on which a large diameter block was installed, which replaces the head equipment of the working equipment of a straight blade of a conventional structure. In the saddle bearing there was a single -lobed handle of round cross -section, suspended on a two -time polyspast.
Working equipment had two modifications that differ in the length of the arrow and handle. The rotary platform is 1 m shorter than the rotary platform of ordinary models of machines of this class. All mechanisms on the rotary platform, as well as the running trolley, were unified with similar nodes of the excavator of the KL-250 model, on which the same working equipment was installed.
The cabin provided a good review and was protected, like the body, with steel sheets 8 mm thick. The back wall of the body was made of sheets 30 mm thick and served simultaneously with a counterweight. Machine control – pneumatic.
