Build warm and reliable, and most importantly affordable houses in a matter of days. Apply materials that not only do not burn, do not rot, do not miss moisture, but also breathe, safe for people and animals is impossible without the development and implementation of new construction methods. Here we will talk about them.
Modern construction materials
It would seem that the tree is the most that not to eat traditional material for the construction of the house. Warm, safe material, houses are not only reliable, but also light. It breathes, which creates a comfortable microclimate in the house. However, the sensitivity of wood to moisture and biological danger makes this material not easy to work and operation. The house literally dries in the finished form, which means that it will be possible to enter the long -awaited tower only in a year.
Glued beam is completely devoid of these disadvantages. Made as a composite material from high-quality coniferous lamp boards, it has a moisture content of only 10-12%. In addition, the glue used in creating a log reliably protects it from moisture and insects. Such a beam resembles a layer pie, the direction of the fibers in which is mutual, it allows you to get the material not only durable, but also flexible. Polymer glue increases the fire resistance of the structure several times. A house from such a tree does not shrink and does not require waiting before entering.
In stone house construction, progress also goes to seven -mini steps. There are materials that allow literally collecting a completely finished house from blocks. The so -called lightweight concrete serves as the material for them. The technology itself is not new. The infamous slag concrete blocks are relatives of these materials, however, the quality of gas, foam, heaters are much higher due to a change in technology.
Foam – and aerated concrete blocks – these are cement, sand, water and foamers. Sometimes fillers are added to the composition. In the case of a gas block, the material undergoes autoclave processing, which increases its strength and gives a more smooth and moisture -resistant surface.
Heating units are composite, “puff” material. The supporting structure is expanded clay concrete, a heat -insulating core is often polystyrene foam, plus the facing surface – artificial stone. Thus, walls are built at a time, insulation is installed and cladding is done. And all this is one single block.
Houses from such materials are characterized by low weight, efficiency, both in construction and in operation. Due to the porous structures or thick thermal insulation strata, they do not need additional insulation. The decoration of such walls is very easy or not needed at all. And the construction period, due to the large size and small mass of such blocks, is reduced by several times.
Modern construction methods
Of the most interesting and advanced methods of erecting houses, it is worth noting the frame-chipboard housing construction. Under him, the house, according to a previously developed project, is fully made at the factory. The main material is wood, OSB-3 plate and insulation with a thickness of at least 100 mm. They are delivered to the construction site, “in the box” and collect “turnkey”.
From monolithic housing construction, we select the technology of non -removable formwork, which has long exciting the minds of developers. On it, the houses are literally cast from reinforced concrete to the heat -insulating uniform, which replaces the formwork of wood. Concrete receives bilateral insulation, does not have seams that would give bridges of the cold, and has absolutely no restrictions on the architectural form of the object.
