An ordinary citizen who earned a certain amount and an obsessed idea of ​​moving “to St. Petersburg from Leningrad” for an exchange with an additional payment, it is unlikely that an apartment in an old fund in a completely new or reconstructed and finished “under the old man” will be completed. These buildings that compacted historical buildings are characterized by many advantages and some minor disadvantages: they have a relatively high price, and due to the mechanism of mandatory prepayment long before moving the entire amount, such an acquisition becomes inaccessible to the main mass to move to the center. Most often, in practice, they are faced with a “unreasonable” bathroom. It is good that the requirements of hygiene are firmly rooted in the minds of the masses. It is bad that the bath is not always placed in the most suitable place. Well, if the kitchen or corridor has a partition. And also welders. Therefore, the costs in this case will be rather large if the question is generally fundamentally resolved. Otherwise it happens in every way!
