Lead management – how to manage the number of customers

The invention and production of goods in the commercial industry has long faded into the background, giving way to sales technology. The concept is quite narrow, however, as well as the scope of its application. This term describes a whole range of techniques and measures aimed at attracting and holding customers. It is used in the case of high -tech products and complex services that are focused on a narrow circle of persons. It is especially widely used in the virtual space. Seminars and training. Allows you to unobtrusively form an interest in a potential audience. The undoubted advantage is that the impact is aimed at a group of potential customers.

PR. A very effective means of generating needs in the target audience, of course, provided that professionals do this.

Advertising. A significant drawback is difficult to direct it specifically to the target audience.
