Trying to sell new apartments, developers actively reduce their prices, which creates a great temptation for potential buyers.

Housing in new buildings now has great competition for old apartments, due to its availability and wide possibilities of mortgage loans. But before making a decision on the purchase of one or another real estate, it is worth considering all types of housing separately. After all, each of them has its own advantages, which, perhaps, will play the benefit of the owner when buying them.

Today, most of the market belongs to secondary housing, which gives more opportunities for its choice. The buyer can choose the area of ​​the city he needs, which will fully satisfy his needs. Mostly people settle closer to work or parents. Good infrastructure also affects the choice, especially the presence of kindergartens, schools, clinics and stores. Unfortunately, new buildings are not in all areas and are usually located in a significant distance from the center.

The advantage of secondary housing is that it is immediately ready for living. Usually the apartment has already been repaired and there are even a little furniture. Therefore, immediately after the purchase and conclusion of the contract, you can organize a housewarming. But the purchase and sale of apartments in the secondary market is associated with a certain risk that this housing may have more than one owner. Therefore, when making a transaction, it is necessary to use the services of realtors that will check the apartment for property rights and decay all legal issues.

New buildings are spared from such a problem. Buying an apartment in a new house, you can be sure that she will have only one owner. But at the same time it is worth considering other points that can turn into problems for the new owner. Having decided to buy housing in a new building, you should definitely find out about the developer, as well as about the land permits received by him and the construction itself.

It is natural that many are captivating the quality of new housing. Modern layout and materials used in construction are incomparable with those that are characteristic of secondary housing. At the same time, new houses have insulated facades, spacious entrances, modern elevators and a well -thought -out organization of the house territory.

But despite this, without flaws, it was also not. The lack of repairs in the apartment makes it unsuitable for living at first. In addition, in new buildings, utilities are a little more expensive than in older houses. Well, one more inconvenience that will have to endure the first time, this is the repair of neighbors. After calling for a new house, everyone is accepted for the arrangement of housing, so noise and knock will be heard from all sides for a long time. The final decision to buy a particular apartment, of course, remains with its future owner. In this case, you need to weigh everything well, and only then make a purchase of housing.
